Adult Programming Header

Adult Services aims to provide fun, engaging and informative programs for Adult patrons (19+) of the Warren Public Library.

Our programs are made possible thanks to the generous donations made during our Annual Fundraiser.

If a program requires registration, it will be indicated below.  Registration will open 30 days in advance of the program and close 24 hours before the program.

If you have questions or need assistance with registering for a program, please stop by the Reference Room on the second floor of the library, call (814) 723-4650 and follow the prompts for Reference/Adult Services, or email adult@warrenlibrary.org

Reading Challenge:

Reading America Challenge: Part One (1776-1900). Join us in celebrating our nation’s 250th anniversary by reading about American history from 1776 to 1900 through historical fiction, nonfiction, primary sources, and biographies. Check out our book display for suggestions. You may also read about Pennsylvania and Warren County history for this challenge.

This reading challenge will run from Monday, March 2, to Saturday, May 30.

Keep track of every minute you read. You can enjoy books as well as different types of media such as audiobooks, graphic novels, and podcasts; and primary sources such as historical newspapers and archival materials. Visit our Reference Room for primary source materials.

Please email adult@warrenlibrary.org if you would like to join this reading challenge digitally.
