How do I contact the library while you're closed?

what are the library's operating hours?
Library operation hours will be reduced, but will still meet patron’s needs along with protecting the safety of our staff. Patrons should check the library’s website and Facebook page for confirmation of new operating hours, library request procedures, and library service announcements.
How Do I return items? is the book drop open?
The library book drop is open! All returns must be placed in the main Market Street drop box, or in a temporary drop box available during contactless pickup. All returned library materials must then be quarantined for three days.
is the library accepting material donations (books, dvds, etc.)?
The library asks that patrons hold all materials donations at home until a later date yet to be determined. Books, DVDs, audio books, and other materials donated for library circulation or book sales are appreciated, but cannot be accepted at this time due to the quarantine, sanitation process, and limited staff hours.
can i suggest that the library purchase a title?
Sorry, but we’re unable to accept purchase suggestions at this time.
how will library programming work?
Online programming is still active and expanding! Patrons of all ages can access options to keep reading, learning, and socializing through the library. can i book a meeting room for a future date?
As we’re unsure when we’ll reopen, we currently are not accepting meeting room reservations.
can i get a library card?
can i renew my library card if it's expired?
Yes. Please call us at 723-4650 (Monday-Friday from 10 am to 4 pm) and we can help you.

can i return my materials?
Yes! Our book drop along Market Street is open.
During contactless pickup hours, we also have a book drop available near the doors on the Midtown Lot side of the library.
i returned an item, but it still appears on my account. What should I do?
Our staff is currently working on checking in materials once they are quarantined for 72 hours. Items may appear on your account a few days before we’re able to fully process and check them in. If the item remains beyond a week, please contact us and we’ll look into it.
Items are being backdated upon check in ensuring that fines will not show up on your account if you returned them the day they are due.

can i place holds?
Yes, but hold limits still apply.
can i request an interlibrary loan?
ILL is currently only available for materials that can be found within Warren County. Learn more here.
can you increase the limits on overdrive?
Sorry, but due to demand, we’re unable to increase the limits during the time we’re closed.
can i check out overdrive items if i owe the library fines?
Yes. While we’re closed we’re allowing Warren patrons who owe fines to check out OverDrive items. If your card has expired, please contact us and we’ll update it.
can i get help with ebooks and audiobooks?
